Dalkey Lobster Festival

The Dalkey Lobster Festival brings a fusion of local seafood along with top musical performances, cooking demonstrations, competitions and lots of fun events for all the family to enjoy.

The Festival takes place in the village of Dalkey and see’s a fusion of local seafood with the best of current global jazz musicians and lots of fun events for all the family to enjoy. There are lots of free events on throughout the festival making sure that it’s a fantastic weekend for all the family. So come along and enjoy some oysters, crab, lobster and many other fish based dishes throughout the festival.

For aspiring chefs, there will be the chance to show off your cooking skills by entering the Dalkey Junior Master Chef Competition. To enter, please visit the festivals Facebook page for an application form. All you need on the day is to bring along your own ingredients and cook your fish based dish in front of a live audience, local celebrities and some of Ireland’s most famous food critics.
